What to include when contacting support

To help SleepSpill review your request faster, include as much relevant information as you safely can.

  • Your SleepSpill username or display name, if you have an account.
  • The email connected to your account, if the request is account-related.
  • A short explanation of the issue.
  • Links to dream posts, comments, profiles, or pages involved, if relevant.
  • Screenshots, timestamps, or usernames if reporting a safety or moderation concern.
  • Whether the issue involves posting, comments, likes, follows, profile bio, account settings, or login.

Account and login help

Contact support if you need help with:

  • Email verification.
  • Password reset issues.
  • Profile avatar or bio problems.
  • Account deletion questions.
  • Unexpected logout/session issues across SleepSpill pages.
  • Suspicious account activity.

Dream, comment, and profile issues

Contact support if something is broken or concerning, including:

  • A dream post not saving or displaying correctly.
  • A comment that will not post, edit, or delete.
  • Like or follow buttons not working.
  • A profile page showing wrong information.
  • A bio, avatar, username, or display name issue.
  • Suggested profiles or recommendations behaving oddly.

Reporting content or behavior

For safety reports, include the page link, username, what happened, and why it concerns you. If the issue involves repeated behavior, include multiple examples if possible.

If you are reporting sexual exploitation, threats, doxxing, grooming, self-harm encouragement, or immediate safety concerns, make that clear in the subject line.

Appeals

If your content or account was moderated and you believe it was a mistake, send a calm, specific appeal. Include your username, what action was taken, the post or comment involved if applicable, and why you believe the action should be reviewed.

Business, press, or general questions

SleepSpill is still growing. General questions, feature suggestions, feedback, or non-urgent inquiries can be sent to support. Please keep requests clear and avoid sending sensitive personal information unless needed for the request.

Response times

SleepSpill may not respond instantly. Safety and account-security issues are generally more urgent than general feedback. Sending repeated duplicate messages can slow review down.

Do not send

  • Passwords or full security codes.
  • Payment information.
  • Private information about someone else unless needed for a safety report.
  • Abusive, threatening, or spam messages.
  • Attachments you do not trust or files unrelated to the request.
